1. General Use Restrictions

• CRYOLITE is sold exclusively for professional and business use (e.g., medspas, chiropractors, physical therapy clinics, wellness centers).
• The Device is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No medical claims should be made regarding its use.
• The Device must only be used for its intended purpose and strictly in accordance with the operating manual and training protocols.

2. Mandatory Training & Certification

• All operators must complete the official CRYOLITE Training & Certification Program before using the Device.
• Operation of the Device without certification is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized or uncertified use voids the warranty and transfers all liability to the purchaser.

3. Safety & Approved Consumables

• Only approved food-grade CO₂ and CRYOLITE-provided accessories, parts, and consumables may be used.
• Use of unapproved gases, parts, or modifications will void the warranty and may result in serious harm, for which TrueScale Solutions LLC assumes no responsibility.

4. Warranty

The CRYOLITE Device includes a one (1) year limited warranty (“Standard Warranty”) beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser. The Standard Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, certified, and approved-use conditions.

Extended Warranty Option: Purchasers may optionally purchase an additional two (2) year Extended Warranty, extending the total warranty period to three (3) years from the original delivery date. The Extended Warranty must be purchased either at the time of purchase or within thirty (30) days of delivery. Coverage under the Extended Warranty is identical in scope and limitations to the Standard Warranty.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Repair or replacement (at TrueScale Solutions LLC’s sole discretion) of components found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
• Replacement components may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.
• Technical support during the warranty period.

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, drops, impacts, or exposure to hazardous environments.
• Operation by any person who has not completed official CRYOLITE Certification.
• Normal wear of consumable or high-use components (including hoses, seals, and connectors).
• Use of non-approved CO₂ tanks, regulators, hoses, parts, or accessories.
• Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
• Damage caused by use outside recommended duty cycles or operational guidelines.

Conditions That Void the Warranty:

• Use by uncertified operators.
• Use of non-approved consumables or third-party replacement components.
• Modification or tampering with internal or external components.
• Resale of the Device without prior written authorization from TrueScale Solutions LLC.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact TrueScale Solutions LLC at contact@cryoliteusa.com and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Device serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video if requested

The purchaser may be responsible for shipping the Device or affected components to an authorized service location. Return shipping for valid warranty claims will be covered by TrueScale Solutions LLC.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Returns & Refunds

• CRYOLITE Devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Opened, used, or installed devices are not eligible for return.
• All approved returns may be subject to inspection and restocking fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueScale Solutions LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse, uncertified operation, or unauthorized modifications of the Device. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, business disruption, or reputational harm. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of the Device after delivery and certification.

7. Indemnification

Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueScale Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Improper use of the Device.
• Failure to complete or enforce certification requirements.
• Use of unapproved consumables or unauthorized modifications.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

By opting into SMS/text communications from TrueScale Solutions LLC regarding CRYOLITE products, you agree to the following:

• Program Description: You may receive updates, promotions, and service-related messages about CryoLite.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message & data rates may apply.
