Order Tracking

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was received, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Freight Deliveries (Devices & Large Equipment)

Freight deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. The consignee is responsible for inspecting the shipment for visible damage before signing.

If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
