CryoLite 30-Day Trial & Return Policy

Trial Overview

CryoLite offers a 30-day risk-free trial period to allow customers to evaluate the device within their business environment.

During this period, the device may be used with real clients to assess its suitability for your services.

To qualify for a return under this program, customers must meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

If the device is not a suitable fit after completing these steps, it may be returned in accordance with the terms below.

1. Trial Period

  • The 30-day trial begins on the date the device is marked as delivered.

  • The trial period will not be extended for any reason.

2. Usage

  • The device must be used during the trial period.

  • The customer is responsible for proper use, handling, and care of the device at all times.

  • The device must be treated as professional equipment and maintained accordingly.

3. Training Requirement

  • Certification training must be completed within the 30-day trial period.

  • Failure to complete training does not extend or pause the trial period.

  • Completion of training is required to qualify for return eligibility.

4. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under the 30-day trial program, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within the 30-day trial period.

  • Certification training must be completed.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase of required consumables (including COâ‚‚ tank/gas) demonstrating the device has been properly tested in a real-use environment.

  • The customer must allow CryoLite USA a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot, support, or rectify any issues prior to approving a return.

In addition:

  • The device must be returned in like-new condition

  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse

  • All original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

  • All serial numbers and labels must remain intact

Only after all conditions above have been met will a return be considered for approval.

6. Return Process

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to return.

  • Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • The device must be shipped back within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

7. Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The device must be securely packaged, preferably using original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

  • Insured shipping with signature confirmation is strongly recommended.

8. Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $399, particularly in cases where additional handling, inspection, or repackaging is required.

The application of this fee is at the sole discretion of CryoLite USA and may vary depending on the condition of the returned device and the circumstances of the return.

9. Deductions & Condition

  • Any damaged, missing, or non-functional components will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the device is returned in unacceptable condition, the return may be rejected.

10. Repair / Replacement First Policy

If any issues arise during the trial period:

  • CryoLite USA reserves the right to troubleshoot, repair, or replace components before approving a return.

11. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned device.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval (excluding bank processing times).

12. International Orders

  • Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

13. Refused / Undeliverable Shipments

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur:

    • original shipping costs

    • return shipping costs

    • applicable restocking fees
